William G. Schmitz, RPA, president and CEO of Arthur J. Rogers & Co., announced that the firm has completed four recent transactions in the Chicagoland area. Renaissance Communications, a telephone communications company, purchased a 4,560-square-foot facility located at 3509 Martens in Franklin Park. Mark Baumhart, CCIM, of Arthur J. Rogers & Co. represented the seller and Nicole Daley of Kingbrook represented Renaissance. Due to expansion, Fortek signed a new 6,587-square-foot lease at Terrace Trade Center, 106 Terrace Drive in Mundelein. The video equipment manufacturer selected the facility for its custom build-out options. Baumhart and Norman Ross of Arthur J. Rogers & Co. represented both parties. At Rogers Centre for Commerce, 1601 Barclay Blvd. in Buffalo Grove, two transactions took place. CIT Services Inc., a cable and wire installation company, leased 3,492 square feet, and Branson Ultrasonics Corp. renewed a 5,300-square-foot lease. Reasons cited for the selection of the facility include its prime location and prestigious corporate park image. Ross of Arthur J. Rogers & Co. worked on behalf of ownership and the tenant in both transactions.
