VSMPO signed a 20,000-square-foot industrial lease in Building 16 at 2301 Duss Ave., in the Ambridge Regional Center. Gene Pash of Value Properties Inc. represented his firm as the building owner, while Al Pacella of PRC Commercial represented the new tenant in the transaction. VSMPO has already taken occupancy of its new space. Additionally, Pacella recently completed another deal in the 9,600-square-foot flex building located at 3100 Casteel Drive in North Fayette, PA. Keystone Systems Inc. leased 8,600 square feet and is set to move-in before March 1. Pacella represented the landlord in the transaction.
