Chemineer has renewed its lease for 30,000 square feet at 125 Flagship Drive in North Andover, MA by signing a 7-year extension. This industrial property includes 22,000 square feet of warehouse/ research and development space and 8,000 square feet of first class office space. Chemineer is a subsidiary of Robbins & Myers Inc. and produces standard and customized fluid agitation equipment and systems for segments of the chemical, water and wastewater treatment and pharmaceutical industries. James and David Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Co. represented Chemineer, while Paul Kneeland of Channel Building Co. represented the landlord.
