Bristol Capital purchased 8430-8444 Terminal Road in Springfield, VA for $5.7 million - $53.28 per square foot. This 107,209-square-foot, multi-tenant industrial building is known as the Springfield/Newington Industrial Center. The building was fully leased at the time of sale. Features include multiple skylights, fenced lot, 22’-26’ clear ceilings, 2 drive-in bays, and 20 loading docks. Caulley Deringer of Transwestern Commercial Services represented the seller, Lend Lease Real Estate Investments. Lend Lease Real Estate Investments represented the true owners, Equitable Life Assurance Society of The United States.
