ARAMARK Corp. Leases 18,000 SF

ARAMARK Corp., a world leader in managed services, signed a 10-year lease for 18,155 square feet of industrial space at 1851 Howard St. in Elk Grove Village, IL. Located within the Fortune Business Campus, the company will take occupancy of the warehouse/ distribution space this April as part of an expansion from its former location in Mt. Prospect, IL. ARAMARK will use the space for warehouse/distribution and office administration of its beverage and related packaged food refreshment business. Keith Puritz and Brett Kroner of Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial/Technology Group negotiated on behalf of ARAMARK in the deal. Building ownership, Fortune LLC, was represented by Ronan Remandaban and John Gledhill of CB Richard Ellis.
