Four UK commercial property advisers have launched Audley London, a boutique firm specialising in representing occupiers and landlords in leasehold negotiations.

The quartet's expertise covers acquisitions, disposals, rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructuring. Details can be found at audley.london.

Founded by Frank Perri, Andrew Knights, Bailey Crouch and Ben Whiteman, Audley has been established to deliver tailored, expert advice to existing clients while offering "new clients a fresh and bespoke approach, always striving to achieve outstanding results", the quartet said.

The four have four decades of combined professional experience with each instruction set to be led by a partner.

Crouch and Knights have a background in lease advisory, disposals and acquisitions, while Perri, who joins from Vail Williams where he was a partner, has a background in lease advisory in central London and nationwide. Whiteman has a background of client development for corporate and boutique companies and will focus on maintaining and creating relationships for the business.

The quartet said in a statement: "We’re delighted to launch Audley London, a boutique advisory firm focused on delivering transparent, professional, and results-driven advice to landlords and tenants. With a strong foundation of longstanding working relationships and deep sector experience, we’re excited to bring a fresh, client-focused approach to the commercial property market."

The company will be based in Hanover Square, London.
