Statprobe Inc. agreed to lease 23,212 square feet of office space at 10052 Mesa Ridge Ct., in the Miramar area of San Diego, CA. Statprobe, scheduled to take occupancy in June of this year, signed a 6-year deal valued at $2.6 million, approximately $1.60 per square foot. The lease brings the building, which was vacated by Titan Systems last summer, to 50 percent occupancy. Randall Wood, of The Sande Co., handled negotiations for the tenant. Glen Volk, Randy LaChance and Tim Rikkers, of Voit Commercial Brokerage, represented the lessor, CFD-Mesa Ridge Partners, a division of CT Realty. Statprobe is one of the nation’s largest privately held contract research organizations, specializing in clinical management, monitoring, programming, statistics and medical writing for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries.
