1125 Hendricks Causeway Sold for $3 Million

Biazzo Dairy purchased 1125 Hendricks Causeway in Ridgefield, NJ, from Groov-Pin Corp. The purchase price was $3 million, approximately $54 per square foot. Founded in 1964, the manufacturer and distributor of fine Italian cheeses, has come a long way. Biazzo Dairy first began its business within a 500-square-foot facility in Paterson, NJ. Due to popular demand for its cheese products, the company now occupies two large industrial facilities in Ridgefield, including the company's recent 56,000-square-foot acquisition. Greg Sholom of Team Resources Inc. represented the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
