The Fretz Corp. leased 12,200 square feet of new Class B flex space at 9204 Berger Road in Columbia. The 29,000-square-foot building was completed in February with Fretz now being the lead tenant. Some of the building's features include wet sprinklers, 16-foot ceilings, and 3-phase power. There is also a $25 tenant improvement allowance with all new leases. Craig Morrell and Bob Smith of NAI KLNB in Columbia represented the landlord. Bavar Properties Group and Marc Tasker of NAI KLNB in McLean, VA, represented the tenant.
