The Hager Dolin Group, a Los Angeles-based investment company, has purchased Waxie Sanitary Supply's San Bernardino regional sales and distribution headquarters. Located within the Riverview Industrial Park at 1707 East Riverview Drive, the 48,000-square-foot building sold for approximately $1.6 million, or roughly $33.33 per square foot. The buyer has leased the facility back to Waxie for a 24-month term while America’s largest family-owned distributor of sanitary maintenance supplies completes construction on a new 140,000-square-foot distribution center located at the intersection of Wineville Ave. and Concours in the city of Ontario. 1707 East Riverview features 10,000 square feet of office space, 6 dock high loading stations, 2 ground level doors and a ceiling height of 20 feet.
