Dharma Leather Buys Building in Miami

Dharma Leather Inc., which was previously located in MICC, has purchased a 2-story freestanding building in the Fingerlakes Industrial Park, located at 1850 NW 94th Ave. in Miami. The building has 12,310 square feet of warehouse space, 4,200 square feet of office space, and 2 dock-height truck positions. The industrial property sold for $1.33 million, nearly $81 per square foot. Reshma Parvani of The Doran Jason Group represented the buyer, Dharma Leather. Dharma deals in the production of high quality shoes and leather goods. Gabriel Garcia-Menocal of DiGiacomo Group represented the seller.
