Creekview Corporate Center II at 1300 East Lookout Drive in Richardson, TX has just received two new tenants. Avaya Inc. and Sony Pictures have leased a total of 117,576 square feet of space at the office park. Both tenants expect to occupy the space by February 15. Creekview Corporate Center II is a part of a two-phase, 258,000-square-foot office park. The 3-story office building in the center of the Telecom Corridor was constructed in 2001. Avaya, which has leased 107,000 square feet of space at Creekview Corporate Center II, is a leading provider of communications systems and software for enterprises, including government agencies and businesses. Sony Pictures, which leased 10,576 square feet, has operations that include motion picture production, television programming, and syndication, home video distribution, and the development of new entertainment technologies in 67 countries. Mark Sommer of Beltway Commercial Real Estate represented his company as the building owner. Mike Hueppeler of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented Sony in the deal.
