The Méga Centre Notre-Dame shopping centre in the Montreal suburb of Laval has slimmed down considerably since a $75 million deal that saw co-owners Riocan and Harden sell a 27-acre section of the retail property to Rosefellow to be redeveloped as industrial warehouses. But the remaining retail area is getting revamped at a brisk pace.
