Ho-Ro Trucking Co. Inc., a specialized carrier of building materials and supplies, has found a building that suits the company's need for tailboards and a functional rail line at 70 Newfield Ave. in Edison. The company leased 57,827 square feet of space within the 116,000-square-foot industrial facility. The improvements made to the rail lines by Raritan Central Railroad, the 17 loading docks and the 24 foot ceilings made the building very appealing to Ho-Ro Trucking. Summit Associates owns the property and was represented in-house by Gavin Daniel. Ho-Ro Trucking was also represented in-house. Raritan Center is ideally situated at the convergence of the New Jersey Turnpike, Interstate 287, the Garden State Parkway and Routes 1 & 9.
