New Partners for 1100 15th St. NW

An entity including Seaton Benkowski Partners, The John Akridge Cos. and EdwardsDay Property Investments purchased 1100 15th St. NW from the previous partnership. The project was formerly owned by The Monument Fund, a venture whose members include affiliates of Apollo Real Estate Advisors and The John Akridge Cos., which purchased the property in 1996.
