Irrigation Pipe Company Purchases 27,058-SF Warehouse in Denver

Solsbury Hill Land Co. LLC, an irrigation pipe company, purchased the 27,058-square-foot industrial building at 5805 East 39th Ave. in Denver. The purchase price for this building-user sale was $1.28 million, or $47.31 per square foot. Built in 1970, this brick-and-block warehouse features 3 ground-level doors, 1 dock-high door, 18' clear height, 2 cranes with 2-3 ton capacity, mezzanine, 8,912 square feet of office space, and a fenced lot. Peter Wycoff of Frederick Ross Co. ONCOR International represented Solsbury Hill Land Co. Michael Wafer and Scott Patterson of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller, Schellinger Properties LLC.
