Bakery Leases Back Building

Brookhill AP 3 LP, a company formed by the Brookhill Corp., purchased the industrial building located at 710 West Geneva Drive in Tempe, AZ. The company purchased the 54,262-square-foot, single tenant building for $2.75 million, more than $50.65 per square foot. The seller, Tempe Bakery LLC, had purchased the building 6 months prior to the transaction and occupied it as Holsum Bakery before that. Holsum will continue to occupy the property for 10 years under a sale leaseback agreement. Gordon Rasmussen of Martin Property Advisors Inc. represented the seller, Tempe Bakery LLC. Brookhill had no outside broker representation.
