Ritchey Rich

Ritchey Associates LLC purchased the 5 flex buildings in Santa Ana known as the Ritchey Business Center. The buildings, located at 1815-1919 South Ritchey St., total 105,560 square feet. Makena Properties sold the single-story buildings, which were constructed in 1968, for $7.3 million - approximately $72 per square foot. Ritchey Business Center's buildings range in size from 14,222 to 24,073 square feet, and the complex is currently 100% leased. John Griffin and Robert Socci of Voit Commercial Brokerage negotiated both sides of the transaction.
