Metro Park North Fetches $127 Million

903,000 SF Acquired by PS Business Parks

PS Business Parks has acquired Metro Park North along the I-270 corridor in Montgomery County, MD for $127 million ($141 per square foot). The park, which was developed by Trammell Crow Company between 1982 and 1990, offers 903,000 square feet of space in 17 buildings. 9 of those buildings, or 692,000 square feet, is devoted to a mix of Class-A and B office, while the remaining 211,000 square feet is flex space.
