This 68,743-square-foot multi-tenant office building is also known as the North Washington Center. The 96% leased building features an on-site delicatessen and full-time building engineer. Dek Potts and James Meisel of Advantis Real Estate Services Company represented the seller, Atlantic Realty Cos., and the buyer, Rockville Associates LLC. Scott Norwitz of The Scott Group will be the primary leasing contact for this building. On September 30, 2001, Potts and Meisel also closed a deal at 10400 Connecticut Ave. in Kensington, MD. That 65,536-square-foot property closed at $8.4 million, $128.53 per square foot. The Scott Group, who represents Knowles Associates LLC, purchased the building from Washington Real Estate Investment Trust.
