WPS Moves from Detroit to Southfield

Insurance Non-Profit Moves from Edison Building to Presidential West Building

Wisconsin Physician Services (WPS) has leased the whole 2nd floor, 48,924 square feet, of the Presidential West Building at 23800 Northwestern Highway in Southfield, MI. WPS formerly occupied space at the Edison Building, 660 Plaza Drive in Detroit. The deal was signed February 22, and the tenant will take occupancy on June 1. WPS, one of the largest health insurers and administrators in Wisconsin, was represented by Steve Morris and Mike Ziecik of GVA Strategis. John Fricke and John Gordy of Signature Associates ONCOR International represented the landlord. This 2-story, 94,662-square-foot property is now 100% leased.
