LLC Purchases Two Buildings from Rainier Petroleum

Spokane Street Properties LLC purchased two industrial buildings in Seattle from Rainier Petroleum Corp. The investment sale included the 13,152-square-foot building at 40 South Spokane St. and the 13,840-square-foot building at 3429 Colorado Ave. South. The buildings sold for $1.84 million, about $68 per square foot. Rainier Petroleum will lease back both buildings from Spokane Street Properties for 20 years. The petroleum supplier is headquartered in Long Beach, CA, but holds space in these two buildings as well as 1711 13th Ave. SW in Seattle. There were no outside brokers involved in the transaction.
