McNeil Technologies Inc., a professional services company providing a range of services to Federal and commercial clients, has renewed its space at 6564 Loisdale Court in Springfield, VA. Its space, on the 3rd, 7th, 8th and 9th floors, add up to a block of 31,571 square feet. The renewal term is 5 years. The building itself is known as the Springfield Office Center. It is a 10-story, 137,282 square foot, Class-A office building. The Office Center features a deli, a Fed-Ex drop, and plenty of surface parking. The Springfield Mall is across the street and the building is one-quarter mile from the Springfield Metro station. The building is situated to take advantage of I-95 exposure. Kevin Gray represented the landlord, Atlantic Realty Cos. Kevin Sweeney, Scott Mendolson, and Mike Jones of Insignia/ESG Inc. represented McNeil.
