SAIC Boxed Up and Ready to Go

85,000 SF Preleased in Bel Air, MD

Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC), the largest employee-owned research and engineering firm in the nation, has preleased 85,000 square feet of office space at Box Hill Corporate Center in Bel Air, MD for 10 years. The 98,000-square-foot proposed building at 3455 Box Hill Corporate Center will begin construction this month and should be completed in time for SAIC to occupy the space as early as November. Its owner, Ward Development Group, is building the project. Box Hill Corporate Center will consist of 6 buildings totaling 227,648 square feet of Class-A office space. Brian Sheehan of Insignia Miller and Dan Cudone of Tristate Commercial represented the landlord, Ward Development. Peter Briskman, Jim Cahill, and David Houck of The Staubach Co. represented SAIC.
