In March of this year, TEKsystems Inc. will be moving into the 207,908-square-foot Northborough Tower at 100 Glenborough Drive in Houston. The company will be occupying the entire 12th floor of this 14-story building, a total of 12,010 square feet. TEKsystems will be moving from 3100 Wilcrest in West Houston and 12707 North Freeway in northwest Houston. Les Johns of Equity Office Properties Trust represented the owner, EOP-Northborough Tower. Peggy Meredith of Colliers International represented the tenant. A provider of IT and communications services, TEKsystems is based out of Columbia, MD. The Northborough Tower is now 96% leased.
