State-of-the-Art Distribution Facility in Anaheim Starts Filling Up

Two tenants have signed deals at 1190 North Anaheim Blvd. in Anaheim, CA. Interceramic Inc., one of largest companies in the world dedicated to the production of ceramic floor and wall tiles, signed a 7-year lease, valued at $2,463,832, for 55,824 square feet of warehouse space. Graebel Van Lines Inc., the largest privately-owned and operated relocation organization, also signed a 7-year lease, valued at $2,229,160, for 50,071 square feet of warehouse space. The 192,785-square-foot newly completed industrial building, now 55% leased, features 36 loading docks, 2 drive-in bays and a 30' clear height. Jeff Chiate and Rick Ellison of Cushman & Wakefield represented both tenants. Brian Corrigan and Nick Roussos of Voit Commercial Brokerage in Orange and Jeff Kernochan of Fischer Co. in Los Angeles represented the landlord, The O'Donnell Group.
