Only a Signature Required

Signature Designs, a furniture manufacturer and distributor, leased the entire 157,000-square-foot building located at 4970 Fulton Industrial Blvd. in the Atlanta Gateway Industrial Park. Bill Kee of Trammell Crow Co. represented the landlord, TA Associates Realty, and Bucky Winfield of Richard Bowers & Co. represented the tenant, formally known as Universal Gem Classics Inc. (D/B/A Signature Designs). According to Winfield, the tenant was already located in the area at 5355 Bucknell Drive, and simply required more space. The building, constructed in 1978, was attractive because of its prominent frontage on Fulton Industrial.
