Walking All Over Forest Park

Nine West, the shoe and accessory retailer, has expanded at the Forest Park Corporate Center. The company now fully occupies Forest Park Building #17, which is located at 1245 Forest Parkway, West Deptford, NJ. The Forest Park Corporate Center is a 205-acre industrial campus located at Interchange #19 of I-295. Nine West now occupies more than 860,000 square feet at the campus. It had recently occupied 226,446 square feet at building 17, before renewing its lease and expanding throughout the industrial building’s entire 374,126 square feet. It also fully occupies the 494,400-square-foot unit at 1250 Forest Parkway. These buildings serve as distribution facilities for Nine West, which manufactures and sells shoes, handbags and other leather accessories. Its products are found at major retail stores and are also sold directly by Nine West via its on-line catalog. Larry Maister and Jeff Goggins of Trammell Crow Co. NE, Inc. represented the landlord, Multi-Employer Property Trust. Nine West did not use broker representation.
