NAI Realvest principals Mike Heidrich and Robert Blackwell negotiated the lease representing the tenant, Business Archives. The lease agreement, valued at $511,875, includes 2,500 square feet of office space and roughly 50,000 square feet of warehouse space. Jack Hines of The Orlando Group represented the landlord, American Warehouse & Terminal Corp.
