After more than a decade, SL Green’s co-Chief Investment Officer Isaac Zion will leave the company effective July 31, 2020. The Manhattan office real estate investment trust said Zion was leaving the company to pursue new professional interests. His counterpart, David Schonbraun, will take over as the sole CIO overseeing the day-to-day operations of the REIT’s investment team.
