Mission Accomplished for DaMar Plastics

Industrial Building Purchased for $3.2 Million

Ramin Kabbai (et al), dba DaMar Plastics, purchased the 38,000-square-foot industrial building located at 4720 Mission Gorge Place in San Diego. DaMar Plastics purchased the 25-year-old building for $3.234 million, more than $85 per square foot. DaMar Plastics specializes in complete design, engineering, custom injection molding and mold making, and are dedicated to plastic manufacturing. DaMar will occupy all but 10,000 square feet of the facility, and the remaining space will continue as a call center for The Home Depot. Bill Haines and Bob Mooney of BRE Commercial/NAI represented DaMar. Ron Bement and Tyson Moffatt of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, Maintenance Warehouse American Corp., a division of The Home Depot.
