Structural Preservation Relocates

Firm Quadruples Space, Moves into 36,000 SF

Structural Preservation Inc., one of three companies in the Structural Group, is in the process of relocating on April 15 to Elkridge, MD. The firm will be vacating 2116 Monumental Road, a 10,140-square-foot building in Arbutus, to occupy a facility almost four times its size. The property 6955 San Tomas Road, owned by the James F. Knott Realty Group, is located in the Route 100 Industrial Park. Its total size is 36,800 square feet and features 24' ceilings, 3 drive-ins and 2 docks. Structural Preservation Inc. is one of the largest specialty contractors that focus on structural repair and strengthening. William McCullough, SIOR of Manekin LLC represented the tenant and James F. Knott Jr. and Carol McGill represented the landlord. The Route 100 Industrial Park is home to quality tenants such as the U.S. Postal Service, Cutler-Hammer, and the United Way of Central Maryland.
