Innova, the partnership between Network Rail Property and a UK subsidiary of Malaysian real estate giant IJM Land, have reached agreement to develop eight sites across four London boroughs – Brent, Camden, Islington and Westminster – with an estimated gross development value of in excess of £3 billion.
