Two Law Firms Close Deal on Sublet Space at Texaco Heritage Plaza

Two prominent Houston law firms have closed a deal leaving both parties very happy with the verdict. Brown McCarroll LLP will be subletting office space from Verner Liipfert Bernhard McPherson & Hand Chartered in downtown Houston's Texaco Heritage Plaza. Currently, the space is being prepared for a move-in this month. Candace Renaud of the Renaud Sero Advisors Inc. represented Verner Liipfert in the multi-year contract. Sandra Harris and Jim Foreman from Cushman & Wakefield Inc. assisted Brown McCarroll, LLP. Texaco Heritage Plaza at 1111 Bagby St. totals 1,149,141 square feet on 51 stories. Chuck Kemp of Clarion Realty Services markets the direct space for building owner CP/SMRS-THP LP.
