L.A. Fitness Gets Closer to L.A.

California-Based Investment Firm Purchases Retail Property

Tustin Freeway Commerce Center, an investment company based in Tustin, CA, purchased the retail building located at 2100 North Dobson Road in Chandler, AZ. The 60,000-square-foot building sold for $7.55 million, more than $125.80 per square foot. The newly constructed building is currently occupied by an L.A. Fitness health club. The buyer paid $2.55 million down with La Jolla Bank providing $5 million in financing. Neither the buyer nor the seller, Chandler Arizona I Property LLC, had outside broker representation.
