Trammell Crow Co.'s Montpelier Research Park Buildings A and D in Laurel, MD are now fully leased. Johns Hopkins University's Applied Physics Laboratories will now be located at these two properties on Montpelier Road. A total of 80,217 square feet, 43,600 at 7701 Montpelier and 36,617 at 7707 Montpelier, will be leased, leaving only 7703 and 7705 Montpelier with available space. 5 buildings at the park delivered in the second half of 2001 and only two of them have yet to be leased.
