Lohman's Crossing Income Partners LP is the new owner of Lohman's Crossing at 2300 Lohman's Spur in Lakeway, TX. Jerry Quick of Quick & Co., who was also the lead negotiator for the buyer's side, heads the partnership. Dan Wheat of Barshop & Oles Co. represented the seller, Six -Twenty Shopping Center Ltd. The deal closed late December 2001 for an undisclosed price. Lohman's Crossing is a 101,623-square-foot community center located southwest of Austin. The center is currently 49% leased and its largest tenants are Tuesday Mornings and North American Title. However, the 47,000-square-foot anchor tenant space, formerly Randall’s Food & Drug, is vacant and available for lease. Quick & Company's Trent Chastain is now the primary leasing broker for the remaining 4,785 square feet of vacant space. Capital Area Management will manage the property.
