Bower Sanger & Lawrence PC, a mid-size law firm that specializes in medical malpractice, product liability and defense litigation, leased 17,714 square feet on the entire 12th floor of 261 Madison Ave. The law firm wanted to be located near Grand Central Station and sought a full floor presence. Daniel O. Horowitz, senior managing director, and Jeffrey I. Peck, assistant director, with Julien J. Studley Inc.'s Midtown New York office represented the tenant. The building owner, Zar Realty Management Corp., was represented by William G. Cohen, executive vice president and Matthew Leon, managing director of Newmark & Co. Real Estate Inc.
