Louis Dreyfus Property Group has sold its 10 and 20 Westport Road office buildings in Wilton, CT to Teachers Insurance & Annuity Association. The $135.5 million transaction works out to nearly $260 per square foot for the complex, which totals 538,840 square feet of Class-A office space. 10 Westport Road, built in 1974 and substantially renovated in 2001, contains 199,220 net rentable square feet, including a 7,628-square-foot original mansion now used as a meeting facility. 20 Westport Road, built in 2001, contains 339,620 rentable square feet. The buildings are 100% leased; the three largest tenants are Deloitte & Touche LLP, Louis Dreyfus Corp., and News America. Douglas Harmon, managing director and partner with Eastdil Realty Co. LLC in New York City, was the exclusive sales agent in the transaction.
