C & M Rigging Hauls Off Space

Trucking Company Leases 17,350 SF

C & M Rigging leased 17,350 square feet of warehouse space at 1821 East Jackson St. in Phoenix. The trucking company will be moving its headquarters into the 36,500-square-foot industrial building in early February on a 3-year lease. The other tenant in the building, Global Liquidation Distribution Co., downsized from 36,500 square feet early last year. Skip Corley, Jr. and Kirk Jenkins of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented the building landlord, CTI. Pat Takash of PT Properties represented the new tenant, C & M Rigging.
