BRE Packs a Strong 'Punch'

Bill Punch Joins BRE Asset Management Services

BRE Commercial/NAI has expanded its consulting services to include the recently formed BRE Asset Management Services. It will provide comprehensive management services on office, industrial, and retail properties throughout San Diego County. Along with this announcement, BRE said that Bill Punch has joined the firm's San Diego office as managing director of BRE Asset Management Services. Punch is a 25-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. Previously he spent 15 years with CB Richard Ellis as a senior real estate manager. He also handled leasing and property management for the City of San Diego where he worked on such landmark projects as the Sports Arena, SeaWorld, and Qualcomm Stadium.
