Financial Services Provider Leases First 2 Floors at Legacy Tower

Matrix Bancorp Inc. leased the entire 1st and 2nd floors, totaling 23,320 square feet, at 700 17th St. in Denver. The company is relocating from another downtown location and has signed a 10-year lease. Legacy Tower is a 24-story, Class-A office building located in the central business district. The 168,821-square-foot building was completely renovated in August 2000. Legacy Tower offers breathtaking views of the city and mountains as well as a 2-story lobby. Chuck Berling of Berling Equities represented Matrix Bancorp in the transaction. Thomas Lee, Brad Rice and Trent Rice of Frederick Ross Co./ ONCOR International represented the owner, Legacy Partners Commercial Inc.
