Point Loma Office Building Closes for $2.3 Million

3405 Kenyon Street LP, a California limited partnership, purchased the medical office building located at 3405 Kenyon St. in San Diego. The 45,000-square-foot property is 5 stories high and is situated on nearly an acre of land. The Midway Medical Plaza is connected to the Sharp Cabrillo Medical Hospital Complex via a walkway. The building sold for $2.3 million, approximately $51 per square foot. The property is currently 22% vacant. The seller, Midway Medical Properties, was represented by Stephen Dok and Jeffrey Chasan of IPC Commercial Real Estate/TCN. IPC Commercial's Chuck Wasker negotiated on behalf of the buyer in the transaction.
