The new buildings are located at 5730 and 5660 Katella Ave. in Cypress, CA and have an estimated value of $16 million. The master-planned business center sits on a 200-acre lot and the two buildings form the main entry point of the center. The technology building is 64,904 square feet and features a brushed metal entry fronting 2-story glass; dock high and ground level loading; abundant parking; and 24-foot minimum interior warehouse clearance. The office building is 47,096 square feet, wing-shaped and designed for single or multiple tenants.
