Outer Bay Technologies has subleased Class-A, office space on the 2nd floor of 900 East Hamilton Ave. in Campbell, CA. The software company is expanding its operations with a 15,424-square-foot sublease from Symantec Corp. which provides Internet security technology. Outer Bay, which designs software that improves application performance through archiving production databases, is expanding from its current headquarters at 1101 South Winchester Blvd. in San Jose, CA. The two companies decided that the space would remain in plug n' play condition and that Outer Bay would assume the remainder of the lease term, which ends January 2004. Tom Hendryx and John Brady of CRESA Partners in San Jose represented the sublessor, Symantec Corp. Patty McGuigan of Cornish and Carey Commercial ONCOR International in Santa Clara represented Outer Bay in the transaction.
