New Building Fits the Bill from International Firm

Dendrite International leased the entire 37,740 square feet at 3000 Emrick Bldg, which is part of Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VI in Bethlehem, PA. The recently constructed single-story flex building is located just off the new Route 33 extension and in close proximity to I-78 and I-80. Dendrite is a leader in global pharmaceutical technology, helping clients strategically manage customer relationships to increase market share. The company creates unique, analytically driven solutions that enable pharmaceutical companies to influence prescriber behavior, thereby delivering a sustained competitive advantage. Michael W. Adams of Coldwell Banker Commercial/ Feist & Feist Realty Corp. in Allentown represented the landlord while James J. Garibaldi and Jeffrey J. Garibaldi of The Garibaldi Group in Chatham, NJ represented Dendrite.
