The facility features 23 loading docks with levelators, 2 drive-in bays, 20 by 60 foot column spacing, and a ceiling height of 18 feet. Rick Trott of Grubb & Ellis|Adena Realty Advisors represented the seller, Huntington National Bank. Leo Freund of Parkwood Realty based in New York represented the buyer, 3600 Sullivant Avenue LLC.
