$30 Million for Tower Place

Philadelphia-based Berwind Buys Equity Interest in Tower Place

Berwind Property Group (BPG), a private Philadelphia-based real estate investment company, has acquired a $30 million equity interest in Atlanta's Tower Place complex from Jamestown. The transaction included three buildings located in the city's Upper Buckhead submarket: the 29-story, 609,529-square-foot Tower Place 100; the 60,798-square-foot American Inter-Continental University building and the 166,000-square-foot TowerWalk retail building. This acquisition is BPG’s first major office investment in the Atlanta market.
