Tampa's office market recorded roughly $1.1 billion in sales volume over the past year, up nearly 30% from the prior 12-month period. However, the increase in transaction activity has been driven largely by medical office buildings, recapitalizations, distressed sales and redevelopment opportunities, rather than traditional office investment trades.
