SL Green Out as Property Manager at 245 Park. The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware approved an order removing SL Green Realty as property manager at the 1.78 million-square-foot 245 Park Avenue office building in New York, according to a bankruptcy court filing. PWM Property Management, an affiliate of China-based conglomerate and building owner HNA, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last month and blamed SL Green, Manhattan’s largest office landlord, for being part of its struggles.
